It’s that time of year again when we start to prepare for the upcoming holidays. We think about how we want to spend the season, where and with whom. Many choose to spend the holidays with loved ones in places that are familiar and provide a sense of comfort. Others choose to do something new, exciting and quite possibly with those whom they have not seen in a while. Whatever you choose to do for the holidays there is nothing quite like spending it in Las Vegas. Many of our holiday memories here at Vegas Play Date.com are those spent in Las Vegas. We love the weather around the holidays in Las Vegas opening way for winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding and ice skating. Las Vegas rolls out the red carpet for seasonal entertainment to compliment the holidays; it is not uncommon to see carolers walking through the resort properties, winter festivals and holiday concerts. We also enjoy the seasonal shows for which we look so forward to each year. But, perhaps some of our fondest memories of holidays in Las Vegas are those spent dining in award winning restaurants and experiencing some of the culinary masterpieces centered on the holiday season. The prix fixe menus offered at many of the restaurants for the holidays remind you of home and offer a spin on traditional holiday meals. More so, what holiday would be complete without a party surrounding the occasion? Holidays in Las Vegas offer an abundance of opportunity to experience some of the hottest nightlife in the world. It is not uncommon to spot celebrities in Las Vegas nightclubs and lounges, especially to ring in the New Year.
