Coming to the entertainment capital of the World at the Orleans Hotel and Casino on August 5th is the World Hip Hop Dance Championship. This is a huge event that features over two-thousand dancers from 40 different countries competing against the biggest talents in hip hop dance. This hip hop international event started in 2002 with countries such as Italy, Mexico, Japan, China, USA, Russia, Argentina, and Poland, just to name a few, who all came together to battle for the championship title. What makes this competition even better is the sections of competition break down: hip hop for adult, varsity (ages 12-18), junior (ages 7-12) crews, popping for solo dancers, locking for solo dancers, and breaking for adult crew. There is going to be so much entertainment, talent and fun in this ethnically diverse competition! The event kicks off at 7:30 pm.
